If you had no wdh . It is safe to say the front axle / steering axle is light. Once you adjust the wdh correctly. The front axle should once again have weight returned And so steering control. As it is. You were overloading the hitch. And unloading the front axle. Reloading the steering axle will settle down the truck and TT.
