Swinging Door will not stay open

In my S&D home I would remove the pin on the door hinge and bend it a little to create some friction. A quick look at the FW hinge looks like the pin is not removable.

Any suggestion on how to add a little friction to the hinge so the doors will stay open? .... . . . :h

Don't know about you, buy my DW hates having bathroom doors open so that wouldn't be an issue for us. :B Alternative would be to put a door stop on one of the doors but replace the pad with a magnet, then glue a small metal plate on the wall; just enough "stick" to keep the door from swinging shut.
