switch next to sensor box in kitchen 2000 Fleetwood Terry

I have an on and off switch that I am not sure what it does, near the micro monitor which has the water 

pump switch as well as tank senors.  It is completely separate, I have not idea what it does,  nothing in the manuals.  Any ideas?

    Possibly for the electric heating element for the water heater.

    Was the switch installed by the previous owner? If not, it might be the house-battery disconnect switch.

    My MH panel also included a switch to start the generator.
