I mounted Bridgestone M895's on my F450. I've only had them for 1K miles and they haven't set yet, but they did well in the snow this winter, and they have a multi purpose type of tread. They do sing on the highway, but I don't mind that. Might be something you could consider.
I can tell you that the selections for 19.5 tires is limited, and they are medium duty truck tires. That means they have high weight ratings, are stiff ride quality, and most are of a highway rib design. They are also expensive, if you get a quality tire. My cousin is in the tire business, and he says you definitely get what you pay for and if you read these forums, they will testify that cheap tires are generally not worth it (to me this is true). I already had the 19.5 wheels on my F450 (stock) and I didn't want to change wheels. The selections for 16 and 17 inch tires is much more flexible, and I would recommend them before the 19's. If you want bigger wheels, you might check the tire selections for 20's. There might be a wider range available for them.
