The F19 Hankooks are only rated for 3300 lbs or so and are a poor choice for the OP's 16xxx GVWR trailer with 7000 lb axles. The OP need a tire with a minimum rating of 3500 lbs each.
Using tires on any road vehicle that are under rated is illegal and just plain not a wise idea.
The 16 " F19 Hankooks are better suited (safely and legally) for trailers with 6000 lb axles and smaller.
