Here is what Jayco sent to my selling dealer that was forwarded to me..." I would recommend that the customer put a clear packing tape across the crack at this point so that he can use it for the summer. At the end of the season I will make arrangement’s to transport the trailer here to Jayco for the repair. Our factory service is out until September on scheduled appointments. Please confirm with the customer that I can move forward to get a scheduled appointment date in the fall. If the customer has an idea when he will be done or if he has trips planned please let me know of those date so that we can work around them. We would have the trailer approximately for 3-4 weeks."
