The Excitement Builds!

I'm usually up way before her just going over everything, even wiping down the truck. I can't wait to hit the road. It's a great feeling, knowing you're heading off to some destination and no matter how long the drive is, I'm always ready to go first thing. Of course, I've also had to wait outside the gate for check-in in the past here and there...

Our goal is to be out at least once a month if not more often, to only use our 5er once or twice a year would be a waste.
There is no packing, 5er is loaded all the time, staple food in well sealed containers, cloths for a week, propane always filled after last trip. Just grab perishable food and go!

I always have trouble sleeping the night before a big trip. Just like Christmas Eve.

We are leaving for one of our trips this morning.

I didn't get to sleep until at least 3AM last night thinking about it.
