I found a broken roof vent on my FW, after a hail storm went through. Not really large hail, but it only takes one to hit just right. I am thinking of replacing all three covers, with the thermal pane...

No opinion on thermal pane covers (actually, never heard of them), but have you considered keeping Maxx-Airs on all of your vents?
I would not have a trailer without them. Even over a Magic Fan.
