- the_tc_lifeExplorermy camper is a different brand but i too have the thermal pane windows. i would not get a camper with out them for how i use the camper. i camp year round with cold winters and they keep the cold out real well. they also keep the heat out during summer real well. my windows are polarized too....thats another big thing i will not go with out in the next camper.
it all boils down to how you plan on using the camper i guess. - KidooExplorerYou will not regret your windows for the many years to come. It is a great plus just like many little things that add up to the comfort and ease of use.
- anutamiExplorer IIIThanks for the feedback, ordered my 2014 wolf creek 850 with thermal pane windows. Should be ready in late March. The countdown begins, :)

We bought our Arctic Fox used. It is wonderfully built and outfitted but it does not have the dual pane windows. Wish it did. If I could get it retrofitted with them for 1K, I'd opt for them in a heartbeat.

They build to order.- LewBobExplorerWe bought our Arctic Fox used. It is wonderfully built and outfitted but it does not have the dual pane windows. Wish it did. If I could get it retrofitted with them for 1K, I'd opt for them in a heartbeat.

Asked that question a year ago when we bought our unit. After having it a year I'm glad we spent the money. Camper is quiet inside and I think the windows help. More importantly we get much less condensation inside winter camping in the PNW. You can tell because the window in the door is single pane and you can watch it fog up all the time while the other windows are free and clear.

We had a toy hauler with single pane windows before our TC and you couldn't see through them when the humidity was higher due to sweating, but you could definitely feel the cold when you got close to them. - Installing them later is even more costly.... ask me how I know!
When I buy another camper, I will get the factory option of thermal pane windows.
For northern tier states, dealers should just pony up and order them all that way.
The replacements I bought are sliding windows. I hated the factory crank out windows. - GeoBoyExplorerI have had them on all my campers and they are quieter and warmer than without them.
- lhenry8113ExplorerOrdered them in our 5'vr and glad we did--cuts out a lot of noise. If I were to do it again I would get them deep tinted. With the sun shining in the windows it can get pretty warm in the camper. We also got the day/night shades but they don't seem to do much as far keeping the early morning sun out. Lars
- KidooExplorerIf you do any cool wheather camping, it is worth it, you will not regret it.
