I backed my pickup truck up to my trailer. Placed a ladder in the bed and angled it to the back of the trailer. A buddy slid the unit (still in the cardboard box) up the ladder while I pulled. Not too bad of a job.
I did the same only with a rope to pull/hold while, I pushed.
