Maybe you should look for a different RV park before giving up and losing your $ on selling your FW. Find one that's smaller and might have larger lots and off the beaten track a bit. Better yet, travel around to several spots around the state to see if you can find one you like. Keep your FW up for sale as you go and you might even get a taker. You'll still lose your a$$, but you'll be out of the Maine cold while you do it. Can't help you with the humidity other than suggest you go inland and away from the water.
Another option, if you like AZ, is to simply leave the FW here, in storage. We have several Canadian friends who do this. Some drive their truck down while others fly down then have their FW spotted on a lot in a park before they get here. One stays with a neighbor and has them move his FW =after= he gets here so he can get it set up properly. Many have bought cars that they leave here, too, and just fly down.
