I workamp at a small, older RV park about an hour north of the Fla/Ga line, just off I-95. We have overnighters and winter seasonals. As an overnighter, with a reservation well in advance, we have a couple of sites that would accommodate a rig that length... 50 amp, pull through, without unhooking.
A fifty-three foot rig would about max out other 50 amp sites, length-wise - you'd have to unhook and most likely need a double-length sewer hose.
If you fit in a seasonal site, you wouldn't be able to park your truck on your site.
I'd be adding an auxiliary fuel tank in the bed of the truck. Maneuvering a camper that length in and out of a standard gas station would be a struggle and make you few friends. Even at a Pilot / Love's / Flying Hook, you'd be better off using the truck pumps.
I have to assume that reducing your cargo is not an option.
