That whole rig would be no worse than a standard semi in size. Can't see where it would require any special permits. many of the private campgrounds could accomodate it. I haven't been in a State park in 7-8 years. Most of them are too old and a larger RV of any kind won't fit. Besides I'm not too interested in camping alongside a bunch of weekend warriors..That's just me.
