Thinking of selling the 5th wheel and going smaller

Hi.. well first off what did you pay for it? Nada lists as 70 K?

If you paid less then that will be the determaining factor on how to prive it..

Thats a starting point.. As far as what to get...

1. do you like the current layout? Are you looking for something different? I assume the child sleeps on the dinette?

2. what are you hauling? It may be dhard to find an under 30 ft'er with a vapor barrier...

Not a fan of fleetwood but they do have the better toy hauler floor plans. What I really like is the side dorr access.

Here is a 23 ft'er with king bed, dinette and couch. Toys go in BH..
