Thinking of selling the 5th wheel and going smaller

We purchased a 5th wheel Heartland Cyclone 3010 in 2013. At that time, I thought we would have more kids, but now realize that it's not going to happen. So we don't really need all that space anymore....

Go shopping on the internet searching for similar units. Thier asking price is a starting point for negotiations.

There is no exact value and NADA often has zero to do with reality.
