Thinking of selling the 5th wheel and going smaller

We purchased a 5th wheel Heartland Cyclone 3010 in 2013. At that time, I thought we would have more kids, but now realize that it's not going to happen. So we don't really need all that space anymore....

We went from toy hauler to truck camper with an enclosed trailer in tow. It gives us the flexibility to bring the garage along or leave it home. Our last two trips had the trailer in tow, but our next two will be with just the truck camper. If you bring more kids along, the enclosed trailer becomes the kids' room to give the adults some peace in their own dedicated space.
