Thinking of selling the 5th wheel and going smaller

We purchased a 5th wheel Heartland Cyclone 3010 in 2013. At that time, I thought we would have more kids, but now realize that it's not going to happen. So we don't really need all that space anymore....

For me it's a 26.5' 5th wheel, and I pull the atv's behind that. The best of all worlds.
