I can tell you from owning 2 of these awnings that the very expensive motor is a weak link. I suggest that you have someone check to see if the return spring is wound to the correct amount of turns (varies on length of awning). Also never run the awning in and out several times in a row.....it will overheat the motor and eventually fail. It's like a starter motor on a car or truck, it meant to run for short intervals.
And don't get me started on the POS windsensor calibration (if you have one).....you already know what I'm talking about. rockin'
