Northwood Mfg will do what you stated above. BTDT with mine. They sent me a couple fittings to repair a slight water leak. They also sent me a new water pump that went bad 11 months after purchase. Both were under warranty. They also allowed me to take my 5th to an independent RV repair shop when I couldn't get the water leak stopped with the parts they sent me.
It's good to know that Heartland too provides good customer service.
