tire and axle problem

Hard to make anything out with that photo, maybe back up a bit to get some reference. I can't really tell anything from the angle and detail, or lack of same.

Are you sure the springs and ride height is OK?
Is the frame to tire clearance the same on both sides?
Hangers and frame are square?

Hard to tell from pic but doesn't look like an axle problem but a frame clearance issue. What is that metal thing that's trying to poke your tire? Part of the frame?

That is the slide out arm where you adjust it

everything looks ok, I haven't taken apart the shackles to see if the bushings are shot and I don't know if the spring is weaker than the other one. The slideout on the other side doesn't have that bracket

Here's another picture it is rubbing the adjustment bracket on the slide on the right side the other rub mark in the middle is from the tire separation a week ago

Check to make sure your springs haven't flattened out allowing the frame to drop closer to the tires. Some of those trailers are marginal when it comes to heavy enough springs to do the job.

You're going to tear up some tires unless you get that problem addressed pretty quick. If it was mine I wouldn't use it until that was fixed.

This maybe the problem Looks a little flat to me

I call that spring done. I recommend a higher rated spring with this issue. I moved from 1750 to 2250 and it has never ridden better.
