tire blowout
my made in china tires exploded on last trip, how can i fix damage to wheel well caused by steel belt. cheaply that is, my insurance company says $1035. damage, ist $1000. on me though

If you want to save money, purchase the parts and do the work yourself. For goodness sake, don't file a claim with your insurance company if it will only save you $35 bucks.
