tire blowout
my made in china tires exploded on last trip, how can i fix damage to wheel well caused by steel belt. cheaply that is, my insurance company says $1035. damage, ist $1000. on me though

I ordered some diamond plate aluminum ~ 1' x 8' x 1/8" cut to length and slapped it up under the wheel wells. If any plumbing or insulation was compromised just get what you need from Home Depot etc. s/b $200-$300 self install.
