tire blowout
my made in china tires exploded on last trip, how can i fix damage to wheel well caused by steel belt. cheaply that is, my insurance company says $1035. damage, ist $1000. on me though

Not sure I am reading this right, but why would you even call insurance company if the undercoating was the only damage. I don't have any spray undercoating on my trailer, but if that will do it, its cheap at the auto parts store.
