tire blowout
my made in china tires exploded on last trip, how can i fix damage to wheel well caused by steel belt. cheaply that is, my insurance company says $1035. damage, ist $1000. on me though

Way back when I was an insurance adjuster, you would have had 3 different claims and three different deductibles. You can have a deductible for either collision or comprehensive losses.
