tire blowout
my made in china tires exploded on last trip, how can i fix damage to wheel well caused by steel belt. cheaply that is, my insurance company says $1035. damage, ist $1000. on me though

- It is not that they were made in China it is that they are probably ST tires.
Also how old are the tires? - If you're really lucky..they will give you a new tire free, just like the one that blew out...

For openers.....save the carcass, contact the tire manufacturer.
What brand of tire?
