A ST tire is still a ST tire regardless of brand or country of origin. I would look for LT tires for that size trailer.
What size tire is needed ?? Dunno but....... A 13000 lb 5th wheel trailer can have 2600 lbs of pin weight which may leave 12900 lbs on the trailers axles or 3200 lbs per tire.
Your in Goodyear G614 or Sailuns S637 size tires which has a 3750 lb load capacity at 110 psi.
If that trailer is on the road and long trips don't cheap out on tires
I think your math is off. A 13,000 5'er with a 2600lb pin will leave 10400lbs on the axles. Or 2600 per wheel.
