As an aside, the kitchen slide is over one set of wheels. There is wiring for the refrigerator/lights/stove fan and a 115 socket that travels just behind the tires. Fairly elaborate spring/hinge system that holds it above the wheels and extends/retracts as the slide goes in/out.
Also check for slide rail adjustment bolts that protrude down in the tire area. An extra 1/2 on the outside of tires on my 5th wheel would hit these adjustment bolts when the spring compresses some due to a rough road.
