ST tires need to be inflated to max psi or near max psi as they are designed for max pressure and will not last long under-inflated. LT tires whether on a truck or trailer can be filled according to the load they are carrying, although it would be wise to add 10psi if using loading chart to identify correct psi, this extra psi will help keep sidewalls from flexing too much.
