My tires call for a pressure of 123 PSI which is what I run. I set the TPMS sensors to alarm at 130 psi. In 5,000 miles of usage I've not had an alarm yet. I do routinely monitor them temps and look for major variations between tires. I noticed right after I got the unit that the tires on the rear axle were running hotter than the from axle. I backed off the setting on the brake controller from 6 to 5 and now all 4 tires typically run the same temp ranges. YMMV.
