My 2016 Montana High Country came with ST 235/80R/16 E tires rated for a max load of 3,420 pounds at 80 psi. The selling dealer upgraded the tires to Goodyear G614s 235/85R/16 G rated for a max load of 3,750 pounds at 110 psI. My question is at what psi should I inflate the tires? I am very careful not to exceed the GV weight for my fifth wheel, so I don't think I need to run the tires at 110 psi. Would appreciate any advice on what psi I should use. Thanks
Problem is you are thinking! Until you KNOW what your loaded weight is by weighing the rig loaded you do not know the pressure to use, other than the pressure on the sidewall.
SO UNTIL YOU WEIGH THE RIG RUN TIRES AT SIDEWALL PRESSURE. If you do not want to take this important step and weigh the rig loaded then RUN TIRES AT SIDEWALL PRESSURE.
Other people may give you answers based on their experience and their load but the answer UNTIL YOU WEIGH THE RIG RUN TIRES AT SIDEWALL PRESSURE is the only completely correct answer
