You most likely have 5200 axles like our trailer. 12168 pounds of tire capacity is more than the trailers total weight.
Go to a commercial tire shop. They deal with people who make a living with trailers, and understand that ST tires are cheap junk.
We had a member here who wrote letters to tire companies telling them to do exactly what you ran into.
