Best to check the dates on the tires as age, not necessarily miles or tread, are the important consideration here. Even though the unit is a 2014, the tires may be older.

All of mine that failed (4 total) had great looking tread, it just separated from the rest of the tire. As early as 40 months from MFR date and as late as 54 months from MFR date. (And some made it to 5 years no problem.)
