If you want Affordable, there are some... like the KZ Sportsmen Classic. Probably can pick one up for under $12K brand new.

Not so fast, there! :B Actually, Heartland has brought two lines to the RV market geared toward luxury and affordability. They are the Gateway - a "regular" fifth wheel, and the Torque toy hauler. I spoke with a manager at Heartland a few months back, and they really are trying to change things in the manufacturing end to make RVs more affordable. Now if only more manufacturers would get on board...
