. . .I'd love to see a LESS TALL & a SHORTER version of a Fleetwood Gearbox 5th wheel made; who needs a 10' interior ceiling???? How about 23' - 26' length; shorter means you can access more campsites!!!!!! I feel this is an untapped market. . .I prefer 5th wheel for towing stability. . .
I think it's a relatively untapped market too.
Prior to this month, the Heartland Torque was a mid-profile (shorter) toy hauler. They changed it, for reasons I don't understand because I am not an engineer,to a full profile RV to accommodate a larger ramp. Then this enabled the ramp to also serve as a patio. We really like the idea of a patio, especially since we have a teenager we prefer to keep some distance from at times....LOL! That can be her turf when she's in one of her negative moods!
Ceiling height - I guess there are some toys that are quite tall.
Yes, I agree on length issues. We are hoping that if we stay around 36', we won't have any problems squeezing in anywhere. We could be wrong! :D Primarily, we want to boondock.
Definitely a fiver for us as well.
