Tires and TPMS

Hi every one, I am looking for some assistance I'm sure someone here can help. I just purchased 4 new tires, (Saliuns), and a Tire Minder TPMS. The tires are rated for 110# psi. I need to know what are the best upper and lower settings should I use on the TPMS. The info in the box did not mention anything. I called the Co. and was sent an e-mail saying they will get back to me and thanks for using their product. We are leaving this coming Friday morning for a long distance trip. Any help would be appreciated !!
  • What model do you use? Is one better than the other?
    Thanks,Curly
  • I just put on the tire minder on my trailer tires. My tires have 105 psi pressure; however the tire minders show a constant reading of 95 psi. So on you settings, take the difference in readings in to account.

  • I have the Tireminder on all my tires and wouldn't leave home without them! Their customer service phone number is 772-463-6522, call them and you'll get a tech on the blower immediately!

  • I have Sailun S637s and the Tireminder system. I run at 105 psi. I set the baseline pressure, all you need to set, at 105 psi. It automatically sets the upper and lower psi and high temp alert points. It alerts for fast pressure loss, slower pressure loss, if the tire is 15% under your baseline pressure, 20% over your baseline pressure, or if the temperature is above 167 degrees. You just set the baseline temperature in my model, which is the A1A. Good luck.
  • At what pressure are you planning to run the tires? I run my Sailuns at 90-95 psi and set the pressure alert at 85 psi and 130 psi. The temp alert is set around 160 degrees IIRC.
