Toilet Seal Leaking
Dometic toilet seal leaking and is seems brittle. Can these items be replaced?

I don't think so! I have replaced two toilet seals on the Dometic RV toilets and the seal kit is a lot more expensive than that and is certainly not available at any hardware store that I am aware of. You have to be thinking about a normal home toilet seal.
