a new seal is about 5 bucks at any hardware. easy job rubber gloves and some rags .
I could only wish it were that easy..
These seals are specific to the toilet brand and even the model in some cases.
I had to completely remove the toilet, and take it apart to replace the seal. Not a 5 buck, easy job....but doable and MUCH less expensive than having it done by a dealer.
If cleaning it doesn't work, then it's tool time.
