Tongue jack, anyone replaced yours ?

I replaced the Atwood 3000 with a Bulldog 4000 on my Weekend Warrior. It has a leveling bubble built in along with LED lighting and manual crank. After about five years the Atwood would occasionally bind even after I tore it down, cleaned and lubed it. There was too much slop in the parts.
