Too few bolts in frame brackets - Should I be worried

Some of the bolts go through the bed channels where spacers are suppose to be installed to keep the channel from collapsing. If they didn't put in all the, did they put in the spacers? These are very important to assure that the bolts don't loosen. Something to think about.
