As far as tools, I think it really depends on how much of a DIY'r you are. If your very handy you'll want to bring a lot more tools. I do some Handyman work for a couple of people and I have a "Dr's bag" that weighs about 65#. With it and a cordless driver I can work through just about any repair.Most importantly, think about what chores you may have to attempt. Flat tire, bearing repacks, brake adjustments, electrical and plumbing repairs, etc. The normal tasks associated with your type of RV and lifestyle will dictate the tools you'll need.I do have a safety vest and flares in case I have to work on the side of the road.

As far as safety gear maybe a first aid kit and some reflectors to put down so you don't get hit on the side of the road. I do have a long list of tools I'm working on to keep in the TT. Is this what your asking for?

A first-aid kit, couple of blankets and gi ponchos, road flares, shovel,axe, food & h2o fo two for three days, basic tools...

Safety triangles (never used them, yet), fire extinguisher, 20 ton bottle jack, torque wrench, 12 volt Vi-Aire compressor, toolbox with misc. socket set, wrench set, breaker bar, wd-40, silicon spray, Gorilla tape, misc screws, bolts nuts, wire. Gloves, hat, heavy jacket. I can usually fix most anything on the road if needed even if only temporarily.B.O.

I carry a cordless drill to put my stabilizers up and down and a craftsman tool kit in the plastic box. Once a nephew needed some super glue and I didn't have any. So now I carry super glue and nobody has asked for it lately. years ago I had much too many tools aboard my TT. My in laws were packing up for a fishing trip we were going on and they wondered if they had everything. they knew if they forgot anything I would have it. I started trimming the fat so to speak after that.
