When it comes to towing fifth wheels, even the 1/2t "towable" ones really need at minimum a 3/4t. With a 1/2t and 1800lbs on the pin you'll pretty much have fully maxed out your GVWR and potentially the GAWR/tire weight rating as well.
It's not how much your truck will pull, it's how much it will carry that determines how much TT or FW you can tow. I towed heavy for three trips with my previous 2011 F150 max tow ecoboost (9000lb loaded TT with 1200 tw) and while I have more than enough power it was the brakes and suspension that weren't up to task, this is where the 3/4t class of trucks are a huge step up.
With your truck, stick to 7500lbs loaded or less with 1000lb TW if you want to stay within a safe range with your truck.
Don't get fooled by the sales guys at the dealership who will tell you you can tow what you posted, you won't be happy in the end and will end up in a 3/4t because of it.
