DO NOT DO IT.
That's why I did not buy another 1500. Love Chevy trucks, but the 1500 is too small for a 5ver.
Stick with the TT. Pick up a ScanGuage II to keep an eye on the transmission temps. It they keep hitting 230 and above you may be too heavy with the TT.
