Towing a 13,500 dry weight 5er?
The salesman told me that we could use an F250 and that we did not need a dually to tow this trailer. I would think that we would need an F350 dually?

Currently tow a 10K 5ver and would go up to 13-14K with my SRW LBCC F350. Perhaps a dually would be more stable but my truck is also my DD in the suburbs around NYC. It does the job for us, and the 2013 does it a LOT better than the 2002 did it in terms of ability to handle the weight. I would NOT use a 250 for that trailer, though many do just that.
