Even some of the states that allow towing behind a fifth wheel limit that towing to water craft/motorcycles. Towing a full size car behind a 5th wheel may limit the number of states even more.
I've towed a trailer with 2 motorcycles behind our 5th wheel, but I sure wouldn't want to try and tow a car back there.
