Depending on the fiver, that "receiver" could be for a cargo or bike rack only.
Do please heed earlier advice- if it's not addressed in your owner's manual, contact the fiver manufacturer about capacity. And if that goes nowhere, have it looked over by a competent welder/frame shop.
