The 5th Wheel has a Receiver for a Hitch Ball.
Depending on the fiver, that "receiver" could be for a cargo or bike rack only.
Do please heed earlier advice- if it's not addressed in your owner's manual, contact the fiver manufacturer about capacity. And if that goes nowhere, have it looked over by a competent welder/frame shop.
Good point on having the hitch welded by a competent weld/fab shop. Be sure the receiver is welded to both main frame rails am a couple of cross members.
A car dolly or 4 down towing adds little weight to a hitch on the back of the 5er.
