I've had three different 5th wheel trailers with a custom fabed receiver hitch welded to the main frame rails and cross members. All three were made for 7.5k lb draw and 500 lb vertical load to my requests.
I've seen lightweight adjustable bolt on types that we see on some motor homes but IMO they would need beefed for towing a car.
