13 2" here and I'm more worried leaving the neighbourhood than on any main streets or highways. low hanging branches are your main worry.
I have often thought of adding a backup camera to the ROOF facing forward to monitor such situations. Obviously would only work at slow speeds but at least you could see where you were at when in the campgrounds, etc. You probably have a lot more room than you think.
