A bit off subject for the OP that doesn't want to hit a bridge, but...
They make a twaaaaannnnnnnggggggggg wooooooosssssshhhhhhh sound when they snap.
Lowest on pole over any travelway is tv cable at 13' 9". If it sags, and you snap it....not your fault. If you hit one in a driveway or parking lot you have no business being in....you might get a bill.
Twenty plus years driving Semi. I have pulled more than one from a house.
I have even had a police officer skipping and dodging the wires when they snapped (he was insisting I take the detour down the residential street)..he said "KEEP MOVING DRIVER--NOT YOUR FAULT IF THEY ARE LOW"---even as homeowners came out of their houses to see what was going on, as I snapped three or four on that street..
Couple complaints to my company...all referred to the services provider. Neither I, the company, or our insurance paid a dime.
That entire street probably hates me/the company.
National Electric Code includes ANYPLACE a vehicle might drive except off Road of course
