A couple of important pieces of information are missing. What engine and gears does your Tahoe have? Gears can make a dramatic difference on tow capacity and ability to have a pleasant towing experience. If you are not sure about gears look in your glove box for the RPO codes.
GU6 = 3.42 RATIO
GT4 = 3.73 RATIO
GT5 = 4.10 RATIO
What is the tongue limit of the Tahoe? This should be in your manual's towing section. Loaded, that trailer's tongue weight is probably going to be a lot more than 720#. Typically a 1/2 platform has a 1000# - 1200# limit.
For the trailer, what is the GVWR?
I'm already skeptical and thinking that's too much trailer for the Tahoe.
